   Amazing mod, doubt I'll get a response since there hasn't been a post for years, but this is a simple mod that the game really needs. I'd recommend it to anyone. When NPCs die randomly or when you go on a rampage it can mess up future quests. This will fix that. The only thing I noticed is not all NPCs appear to respawn. I killed everyone in Riverview and they didn't respawn. I'm just wondering to what extent the NPCs are really made to respawn.

   Awsome mod! it lets you kill the countess of anvil and they respawn awsome!

   No, I did not make this kind of NPCs respawning, e.g. Rufio doesn't respawn.
   With Quest-NPCs I mean essential NPCs, but essential-NPCs deosn't sounds really nice...

   ice idea, but wouldent this conflict with like dark brotherhood for instance? cuz some people you have to murder
