About this mod
This mod basically adds a new spell type called Mind Rip, that when used, can steal spells from other NPCs. Be careful though, there\'s always some disposition loss when using this, sometimes the NPCs may attack you. The first tier, Mind Rip I, is only able to retrieve novice spells, Mine Rip II lets you retrieve novice and journeyman, and so on
