The NIF file has a hard-coded texture path. You would need to use NifSkope to edit and correct it.

Also, note to everyone else, this seems to be a non-playable MODDER'S RESOURCE. It only contains a NIF file and nothing else. You would need to create a plugin and add it to the game before you could use it. There is no world (GND) model or menu icon either.
