the mod always functioned, and still does. it alters two game settings, item and creature level difference, sets both to 30. not hard. good mod. if you are pedantic like me forward the changes into your bash patch ezpz
This is the only mod I use that "changes" gameplay besides Auto Update Leveled Items and it that is because this mod greatly enhances the game experience without removing itself from the spirit of Oblivion. On behalf of the Empire, thank you, citizen!
This has one problem: Incompatibility with M.O.E's excellent random loot plugin. It makes more sense for loot to be completely random, whereas NPC levels can get away with being levelled at all.
