Hmm... it seems Better Cities version of your mod doesn't work for Better Cities v5 above. Or maybe I'm using open cities version of Better Cities so floras are unable to appear in open cities. Anybody can help this out?
Edit: Later on I traveled to Chorrol and city walls are disappeared, I unchecked this mod and everything was back to normal. It's really strange since this mod is suppose to edit Anvil's environment.
I endorsed your mod anyway, it gives me a good idea for Anvil, maybe with CS I can get this mod to work.
MagicWindOw not a stupid question, I've been wondering about that myself. I currently use a ATI 3870 HD with 512megs of DDR4 on a Core2 Duo 6550 2.4 with 4 gigs of ram. I don't think that would be a top of the line system, but it is better than many people are using. Out of curiosity I hooked up my old system to see how it would run the mod. Celeron 2.4 with 2 gigs of ram and a ATI X1300 PCI card (that's not a typo, PCI card, not PCI-e). The performance was painful, but not because of the mod. An NPC walking by was a bigger hit to FPS than the morning glory. It is hard to say exactly, but I think the mod cost me an average of 2 to 3 FPS. You will have to judge for yourself on your system to know for sure how it will work. Any card that can run Oblivion can run this mod, but it is up to you to decide if the cost to FPS is worth it. ">
Thanks to everyone for your comments and rattings. ">
Lord_jocke The short answer is no, not compatible. The long answer is a little more complicated. I tired it with Better Cities enabled; I walked around the walls and noticed that although most of the wall sections were OK, there were a few wall sections where the morning glory plants were missing. I'm assuming that this is because Better Cities has moved the locations of a few of the walls, which means that the meshes are not lining up as they should. Now as to where my meshes are in relation to the wall sections... I don't know. I didn't really search for them. If they are inside the wall, then that would be OK; it would just mean that those walls would not have any covering. If on the other hand my meshes are out on there own and visible, then I would say that would make it incompatible. Either way, it wont crash your game or anything like that; it would just be an eyesore.
In the Readme I stated that I would not be making it compatible with Better Cities, but because of all the positive responses I've got for this mod, I think that maybe I should make it compatible. It wouldn't take much effort on my part - just Identifying the offending meshes and repositioning them. So, as soon as I get an opportunity, I will make a compatible ESP and post it here. ">
