Glad game updates in the eleven years since the mod has been created didn't break it. An essential mod. Five upgrades overall per level is way too little. Thanks
Only if you abuse it. For those that have self-control and are heavy role-players, then this offers a way to train a minor skill you were interested in using but couldn't due to Oblivion's 7 major skills cap.
This isn't as much of a problem in Skyrim since you can modify which skills are major skills at any point using the warrior, mage, or thief stones, accordingly.
i like it a lot. i always hated when you leveled up and wanted to find a specific trainer and you leveled up again on that search and actually lost the chance to get 5 level points in an ability, just because you leveled up again and these points are capped at 5.

training minor skills doesn't level up the character.

ftrainingcostmult -> actual cost of training
10 -> 1
50 -> 1.667
100 -> 3.333
150 -> 5.000
So actually the ftrainingcostmult should be 150 if you want the actual cost to be 5x. Or am I missing something here?
