   Would be nice if the NPCs weren't all essential. I was thinking of slaughtering them and using Talkie Toaster's Companion Mod to move in my own lot. xD

   I wouldn't exactly call this the middle of nowhere, although it's not walk out the front door and into a city. Unless you can swim, which most prefer not to do. Relocation isn't a big deal in my opinion (even though I have three towns a fort nearby this town ">) but if other want it moved, then so be it.

   Well, look, it is a good idea... but, the manor isn't very secure. It also has this weird habit of attracting people.
   
   I walked into the main wing of the house for the first time... and found about 18 NPCs just walking into the walls on the left side of the door way.

   I dont think relocation is needed, it may not be in the middle of nowhere as the description says, but it is in a convenient place.
   
   The parts in front of the gates (in the screenshot) should be pathed. It would look a lot neater.
