Hells yea, bringin it back to the Morrowind days! Fast travel was one of those features that Bethesda placed into the game to satisfy players new to the series. Basically this mod is for the nostalgic gamers that like to keep it old school.
Awesome. I'm using this with Cyrodil Transportation Network I got tired of using the ring that comes with that mod every time I loaded my save game. And I'm a hopeless lazyass if it isn't disabled I'll use it ">. This is exactly what I needed.
Edit: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4520 is the link for Cyrodiil Transportation Network. People who like the no fast travel mod might like it as well. It adds pay for travel ships and whatnot like in TES III. The file can be hard to search up without the link because of that extra i in Cyrodiil ( I have no idea which one is the correct spelling.)

Very good idea. No point in having such a huge world (not to mention horses to ride it in) when you can just pop into any town, any time you please by pushing a button. :

The mod does what it says but ti sometimes gets stuck. When disabling fast travel and then enabling it, it seems to get stuck
