This is probably stated here before in the comments but for me at least this mod causes a lot of lag when in combat.

I tried it out on and off with the bandits at Vilverin and there is a large noticeable difference.

As much as I like this mod, I ended up having to disable it because it was causing CTDs on my current build. The CTDs don't have anything to do with companion mods, as I don't have any installed. Instead, it appeared to be happening when an NPC tried to "miss" an On Touch magic attack.

I think that when the NPCs/monsters miss you, their misses are exaggerated
I've edited the script to reduce angles and divided the "missing trajectory" offset by a factor of 3.5 and now it's much more realistic when they miss you by 1-2m instead of shooting to the sky or 10 miles away...

    aadpMissTheShot
    ....
    Set CurAngZ to MissleRef.GetAngle Z + (MissOffset/3.5)
    MissleRef.setangle z CurAngZ
    Set CurAngZ to MissleRef.GetAngle x - ( rand 1 1.4 )
    MissleRef.setangle x CurAngZ
    set MissleRef to 0
    ....

Can you consider to reduce the default missing trajectory values?

As it reads in the read me file for Combat Archery mod:

NOT TO USE THIS MOD with the Combat Archery mod

as it is merged (already in the archery mod) and will conflict if you run both.

Why do some players make me so sad...

Anyway I only check here once a year, so if you need help go to the Bethesda forums and look for Duke Patrick mod threads.

This mod conflicts with Unique Landscapes - Dark Forest.
The particular crash that I experienced occurred when I slept, was awoken by Lucien Lachance, and then exited his dialogue. Between 2 and 5 seconds later, my game would crash for reasons I was unable to discern. I tested this in 4 different beds, two in interiors, (Jerall View Inn Bed + Olav's Tap & Tack Bed) and two in exteriors (Beggar's Bedroll in Bruma + Tent Bedroll outside of Vilverin).
I was extremely thorough in finding which mod was causing my crashes, and after spending an hour activating and deactivating mods, I found that whenever I activated Dark Forest by itself, I did not crash, and that when I activated Actors Can Miss Now, I did not crash. However, when I activated both, I crashed 100% of the time, and I tested exactly 10 times to make absolutely sure it wasn't a coincidence.
This mod is a great little addition to my game, however I feel as though Unique Landscapes Dark Forest is a much more substantial addition, and so I will be deactivating your mod. Actors already miss quite a bit because of your Combat Archery Mod, so I don't see it as a terrible price to pay, but I would be grateful if you could look into this problem and attempt to solve it.
All of your mods are really excellent, the only ones I don't use (besides this one, now) is your Melee Combat Mod, because it conflicts with Deadly Reflex 6, and your Hypothermia Mod, because the temperature detection seems a bit off (random fluctuations of 30+ degrees Fahrenheit). I hope to be able to use this mod again in the future, and I thank you for spending the time to make such excellent adjustments which add much needed realism to this game.
