   I believe these texture files were created for version 13. Version 14 BSA of The Lost Spires is dated later than these files, so these files wont work with v14 unless you change the date of the BSA file to earlier than these texture files. You'll need to use a file date changer (or possibly the reset BSA date function in OBMM) for these to work if the author isn't around to update these files.

   This is not working for me either. I extracted it into my oblivion folder as per the read me.

   I can't get it to work. I just dragged the file into my Oblivion directory but I still get the Lost Spires "vanilla" loading screens.
