I would rate it but i don't want to get banned,Seems this site doesn't have freedom of expression. I don't like the mod....Please don't ban me.
What you do not seem to understand is that you can use the rate system and choose any number you want. But according to the rules, you need to provide the author with Constructive Criticism. The lower the vote, the more reasoning you need to have. Trash votes such as 1/10 and 2/10 should be reserved for mods that are broken and the author has no intention of fixing, was made with malicious content, illegal or the mod does something completely different than what was described (such as a joke mod). Usually, mods that justify 1/10 votes are candidates for being pulled from the site...which you should know is extremely rare.
So basically, if you trash vote a mod with a smiley face as your justification, do not be surprised if you get the same treatment as Danger_R.
If you honestly tried to justify your vote but it was incorrectly based, the vote will simply be removed rather than you getting banned. We are not idiots and can generally figure out who needs to go.
