   The video seems to stutter, like my massiviely fast computer was a dog trying to run it. Is this the way the video runs?

   So much better. Cyrodiil (though supposed to be Imperial) always gives me this kind of Britainian Isle vibe. Perhaps it'd be more suitable for High Rock, but I don't see much Romanesque influence in the bland vanilla obliv either (cept' maybe the Arena ">).
