@kiresagara : Sadly no, not in the pre-enchanted ones. But, if you downloaded the unenchanted version, you can enchant it to make your own paralyze staff.
I have downloaded the mod, but the chick who sells them is never there, i tried adding the staffs to the hotel manualy with teh construction set but they still dont appear, i would rate 10 because they look awsome, but i cant use them
I would like to see someone make the crystals more transparent, reflective, and delicate looking. I would like to have a glow option for the crystals. And it would be nice if the staves were a bit longer and possibly larger. They look really small in the hands of my Dark Elf.

Polk, are you sure you activated the mod? She should be right inside the Tiber Septim Hotel. As I don't have Oblivion installed right now, I can't really check it, but it's worked for everyone else.
I loved these, I'm going to try them soon, so I'll wont rate it now obviously, In any case... PLEASE add some unenchanted ones so we can enchant with the effects we want!
