   This is one of the best weapon mods for the game. Any chance of getting a version of this mod for Skyrim?

   The funny thing is, its easy to fix the back placement by flipping it upside down in Nifscope

   I have read the book and hunted down most of all the relics and legendary deadric artifacts but never have found this one. Now after seeing this mod im beginning to think there is no crecent blade in vanilla oblivion after all. That and i couldent find it in the testing hall either lol.
