I have been using Gimp withthe F-in evoblivion HGEC textures by Navetsea( on this site) to paint my own textures. It is fantastic. I even use my own customized edition of one of the supplied skins instead of my 4096 Ozmo -- I never thought I would do that, but it looks so much more realistic. Couldn't do it without Gimp! The directions are easy

Nice to have this kind of free ware posted. Works fine but someone gave me a copy of Photoshop CS4 extended so I will be using that now.
