Because Harvest Flora and 100% harvest success chance mods were incompatible, I combined them.
To install, you'll need Harvest Flora (3.0.0) mod first because of the bsa file, which is large and also for the readme files. Get it at

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/Download.php?id=42972
After installing, overwrite those files with the files provided here.
It's convenient to never fail harvesting instead of having to load on failure.
