WARNING if you use Clickable Magic Gate then the floating stone portal in Stochan's Tomb will not activate properly. An oversized Magic gate is hidden behind the walls because the mod creator wanted to use its blue particles to decorate the floating stone portal in the tomb. With Clickable Magic Gate, the blue particles become an interactable object and thus block the floating stone portal. THANKFULLY there is a conflict patch for this issue available on the page for Clickable Magic Gate. Download that before playing through Gates to Aesgaard.
Of all the Quest Mods of all the games i have ever played . This Quest is the Only 1 So far that i have dreamed about vividly when i sleep ......... And i mean that in a good way , its choregoraphy and vividness on twists and turns keep my imiganation running I compare it with ...going backpacking at night in the Mountains ...which i do . Well actually, it does. Gates to Aesqaard 1 conflicts with Unique Landscapes, more specifically with Jerall Glacier.
Luckily Vorians made a patch for it here: Unique Landscapes Compatibility Patches -> ULM GatesToAesgaardEp1-JerallGlacier patch.esp (merged) -> ULS GatesToAesgaardEp1-JerallGlacier patch.esp (separate)
Gates to Aesgaard 1 also conflicts with other mods that change the Jerall Mountain area, namely 'Orden des Drachen' (Order of the dragon), Midas Magic, Frostcrag Reborn, Frostcrag Village & Fort Akatosh Redux. Luckily Slangens made a Jerall Mountain Compendium Patch.
I suspect, although there isn't any patches, Gates to Aesqaard 1 could conflict with 'HESU skyrimTemple.esp' since HESU skyrimTemple.esp requires patches for: Order of The Dragon + UL Jerall Glacier, which is in the same area.
Does anyone else know of any other mods Gates to Aesqaad 1 conflicts with?
I merged Episodes 1 & 2 together into one esp (Merge Plugins handled it fine since there are no errors in the esps, although Ep.2 needs cleaning first.) I'm using the 2 UL patches, which is possible with the merge since neither one relies on the Aesgaard esps specifically. It looks to me like the merge is working fine.
I did a quick look around, and I see no landscape issues at all with the two HESU Skyrim Temples, or the Midas Magic cave nearby, or Frostcrag Village, or Frostcrag Reborn. That's with all other UL & other relevant patches for those mods installed, of course. And the abandoned shack that Aesgaard adds near Bruma is fine too.
The Jerall Mountain area is harder to tell. FT to the map marker for Jerall Mountain leads to a rather crowded, somewhat messy summit, but this is due to Ancient Dwemer Ruins (apparently the UL patches for that aren't very good!) I'm not using Fort Akatosh Redux or OoTD, nor any of the Jerall Compendium patches, since in my previous experience they mess things up depending on what other mods/patches one uses. But if I eventually find any major Jerall conflicts from Ep. 1, I'll have to try using one of those patches.
The book that is suppose to be in the Crypt is missing. (With the Key) is there a console command that I can use to put both the book and key into my inventory so I can continue the quest? (The Ghouls and Ghosts book + Key)
You should get the quest along with the letter and a key as soon as you start Oblivion with the mod activated. If not, open the console and type:startquest A909AshenRoseIntro
And if necessary: player.additem A909AshenRoseNoteIntro 1 player.additem A909AshenRosekey 1

Hey I downloaded this quest mod a while back and I've already done the first quest going to ashen's house but when I try to go to the aesgaard entrance like a few steps away from the entrance .. the game crashes ..? Is there a way to fix this or ..?
when i try to do the quest when i get to ashen's house it says i have completed the quest and i can't get a continuation yes i know about the cellar there hasn't been a pop up and the bool doesn't spawn

So i recieved letter right after escaping tutorial sewers - but letter warn me that npc waiting only 15 days...Why timer??? At the beginning i planned to rise my endurance and luck about 10-15 lvls but now i must rush into fighting dungeon . I turned off esp in files(cant find uninstall exe), hope it wll work while i grow my char.
