Pointless, you have just applied the texture of a piece of elven armor, probably the curiass, to the bow in Nifskope. The retex isn't beautiful at all, and it doesn't look more fierce at all.

please add a few more detail such as: - instilation instructions (does it need to be unpacked file by file or does it already have the directories?) - Screenshots! (especially if you retextured the bow)
other than that nice idea with the instant kill if undetected enchantment. a few more details about that would be helpful such as
-does it work on essential npcs? -do you have to be in sneak mode? -does it matter if a different npc can see you? (not your target)

Look at the third screenshot, that is the texture i did.
DOES THAT LOOK LIKE THE TEXTURE FROM THE ELVEN ARMOR?
As for looking more "fierce" that is a matter of opinion.
Also if you think its so poor quality i would like to see something of yours that is superior.
