Amazing! Just AMAZING! Combined it with Improved Trees and Flora 1, Arboretum, Oblivion Grass Overhaul, Tree Bark HD and Mandrake retexture. With a little care and a good load order (which is partially also personal prefence), it all goes together and they look even more amazing!
That doesn't help. It doesn't specify if you can just download one or if you need to download them all and merge them in the proper order, which I'm forced to do because there's no guidance.
Don't listen to this guy. ITF2Update is comprehensive of Improved Trees and Flora 2. So you only need 2 files, the original Improved Trees and Flora from a different mod page, and ITF2Update which includes everything in Improved Trees and Flora 2.
Do we still need to download all three files? Also do you need IT&F 1? The video im going off mentions only the first file and doesnt mention any others so just curious.
But it's not a comment about the mod itself - which for a long time has been the best (and only) good looking plant retexture. (These days you have a few alternatives to choose from.) What you don't like is actually the (ancient version of) SpeedTree and how it works.
If you keep using Vortex with Oblivion, get ready for a very bumpy ride... OBMM is terribly outdated, too. Find Bevilex Mod List here and follow the basics. Just saying.

The version history is clear enough:
1.0 - Initial release
1.1 - Added ITF2Update file. This update I have reworked color saturation of several textures and added new flora/tree textures.
1.2 - Added ITFBark2012 file. Complete package of all the tree bark textures I have done.
Do I need to install and enable them in this order?:
Improved Trees and Flora > Improved Trees and Flora 2 > ITF2Update > ITFBark2012
And as far as hierarchy do I use this same order?
What am I missing!?
I had to use OBMM to install the ITFBark2012. Vortex would not install it.
I used Vortex to install the others: Improved Trees and Flora, Improved Trees and Flora 2, and ITF2Update.
