This is pretty terrible that they suddenly no longer allow certain characters in titles. This and the fact that you now need to post to give a rating... Tessource is getting worse and more useless every week. I'm already considering pulling all my mods here and posting exclusively on planet elderscrolls. At least their downloads are reliable.
That's odd. I was recently informed of my file for Notepad++ going AWOL as well. Since I'm the author, I was able to delete the file and re-upload. I'll bet it had something to do with the ++ in the filename. I also let the site admins know about the issue by reporting it here.

Further I believe you correct about the "++" as they are no longer allowed for new files....that is probably where the original went.
