Before I comment on the mod itself, I have to say that I almost didn't even bother with it, as you saying "not in a GAY staff-like one." not only turned me away from it, but sounds highly immature to boot.
So, on to the mod itself; Vinchenzo doesn't have the option to buy from him, so I had to steal the Tommy Gun from the chest next to him. Was pretty disappointed that it just shoots one fireball, something you neglected to mention in both the mod description, and the read me.
@mirelurk, the only problem with that sentence is you said "So, if you want this "vinchenzo" guy to have a proper name, you shall correct it." you mean to say you should correct it, shall is more of a demand, but still proper english.
I'm Italian, I just downloaded your mod and read the readme. Just to let you know, in italian the name you used is spelled Vincenzo. Without the "h". Vinchenzo would be pronounced "vinkenzo". But it doesn't exist. So, if you want this "vinchenzo" guy to have a proper name, you shall correct it. And someone who sells you a gun in Oblivion DESERVE a proper name! XD
