What if I use Steam but this is a requirement for another mod? (This is a requirement for the Unofficial Oblivion Patch mod, which is a requirement for the Retextured Potions mod - which is the only mod I wanted in the first place.) Do I really need the 2 patches for the 1 mod if I still use Steam?
Agh! I'm quite glad I read this. I truly wish important details like this were mentioned in the mod! You've saved me (and many others) a lot of time, etc. by letting us know. Thank you! It's greatly appreciated.
I have an issue with dark brotherhood, I killed Rufio and went to sleep, I recieved another mission but when I try to let the house the game closes. I tried to load a previous game but it's the same, can anybody tell me how to solve this bug?
So here is my question. I'm currently running the Steam version of Oblivion through Mod Organizer 2. I can not for the life of me get xOBSE to run and have MO recognize my mod library. Either my mods work and OBSE does not or vice versa. Someone posted that the Steam version of the game is the culprit (because of some custom jerry-rigging valve did to the executable). Can this update fix my .exe file so that the game no longer needs Steam? Thanks for any thoughts.
Well.......never mind, for some reason my mods started loading. For anyone like me who is having issues with the Steam version of Oblivion. I ran the 4gb patch on all the .exe files, and installed EngineBugFixes, SkyBSA, NVAC (a Fallout New Vegas mod), OBLModLimitFix, and Pluggy Dev. As to what actually fixed it? The 4gb patch makes changes to the .exe files directly (that would be my guess). Either way, just leaving this here.

doesn't work. Anyone got an alternative?
I hate when the authors of the mods neglect to mention those little details
Hey nexus, selling other people's private information to third parties is HARD WORK, isn't it?
Why don't you actually work for a living
I play the Polish version of Oblivion - which version of mod should I install ???
