   Oh, my, I've never seen any environment like it. It's like a soggy California. "The Heath", you say? It's... really lovely, and very fascinating. Thank you.

   For some reason if I enable The town "Suliin Village" found at http://www.oblivionsrealestate.com/html/villages.htm
   
   And or "Kvatch Aftermath v6_1 Final" found at
   http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13336
   
   The water below the waterfalls near the Imperial City disappears. And also all the water in the Unique Landscapes - The Heath is not showing up.
   
   I have tested this many times in many different ways with different mods to see what was causing this and have narrowed it down to these two.
   
   Both cause the same effect.
   
   I have used many different loading order suggestions that I've seen posted. Yet nothing worked.
   
   Please help.
