    I can't find how to stop leveling up destruction from attacking with the arcane arrows. Can someone help me? The level ups are too fast and too many.

    For anyone who's interested: If you want to reduce the Destruction skill increases, open up kikiAAControllerScript and go to line 59. Currently, the variable is set to 1.2 points/arrow (times the multiplier, which is either .45, .65, or .85, depending on your magic/Desturction specs), which means it takes anywhere from 8-12 arrows to level up (yeah). I set mine to 0, which eliminates levelling up Destruction entirely. You can also set how many arrows you get per casting, if you want.

    I've been using this mod for a few days now, it's pretty nifty but I think that it could stand to use some of the script elements from OBSE. I've already personalized the mod to silence some of message spam by using "NS" at the end of the player.additem; removeitem; addspell; removespell elements but I was wondering if maybe someone could pm me about maybe redoing this mod to work with OBSE like ConduitMagic or some of the other nifty OBSE oriented damage mods like this?

    Overall it's a nice mod, I just think it needs to be brought up to date sort to speak.

    Oh, by the way, if you are on the fence about pairing this mod with say, Ayleid Arcane Archery or similar, it seems to work fine but I need to test it with Conduit Magic to make sure if I want to go a bit further with this mod if I were to either take it up on my own to redo it and/or ask the authors permission to redo it or take it over. I'm still new to mod making so I'm not sure if someone who is more knowledgeable in OBSE scripting to help me or something...

    Anyhow, if anyone is interested, fire me off a PM and I'll see if I can get in touch with the authors to see if I could possibly refine this mod a bit. I'm not going to go ahead with it unless I get their blessing. That is, if I don't run into any problems before hand.

    Anyone know what impact the dialogue during install affects? It asks if destruction is a major skill, and originally I'd said yes, but I found myself getting too much exp in destruction. So would saying no place more of a priority on marksmanship, or more of a priority on destruction/alteration/mysticism/whatever?

    The only problem I can see is I *think* arcane archery levels 3 different skills...destruction, mysticism/alteration (can't remember which, but it happens upon summoning the arrows), and marksmanship.
    As a result I'm finding myself levelling up a LOT more than I'd like, but your mileage may vary. If there's an option to improve this a little bit I'm all for it. Otherwise the mod itself works great, though.

    a small request, can the magic spells be added to a spell seller in the arcane univercity? (the guy in the middle tower should do)
    cours its realy anoying to have the spells from the start, also, maby add a few extra spells like damage healt arows
    and fatitude (and maby feeble mind to add a explenation to what effect it courses insead of "courses feeble mind effect" )

    2 minor complaints - first that I get marksman skillups very rarely with this mod enabled, all the skillups go into destruction. and while obviously I need some to go into destruction it'd be nice to have my bow skill keep pace. Second is that the damage from the arrows doesn't scale well at the high levels so past level 20 I'm better off just casting rather then mucking around with the bow.

    still, for the low/mid levels especially, this is a great mod.

    first: is the author of this mod still alive?
    second: if yes can u make similar mod that works with Crossbows of Cyrodill?
    third: i agree with zwyt about the conversation clearing the arrows; if that's supposed to somehow reflect the loss of concentration then make it so not all the arrows are lost; 5 or above per activating npc seems reasonable
    fourth: if the answer to first is "No", i'm sorry!!! although it surely wasn't my fault..
