I checked this out quite some time ago and it looked good. Had some floating objects, incomplete interiors, other minor glitches. But overall a very nice start. Apparently the author has yet to finish it up as a stand alone mod.
Fortunately it is included as a part of Better Cities Bravil, and is complete in that mod (perhaps that is why the author lost interest here). So for those who want a port in Bravil and whos pc can handle Better Cities, I strongly suggest getting it.

I changed my mind I will rate it. All the interiors and doors work except one (far end of the dock, building #1). I think the AI is fine its the pathgrid that needs alittle cleaning up. There is one tiny piece of ground missing between two of the buildings (easily fixed with a little piece of decking). I actually dwlded Better Cities Bravil, because the Bananasplit team has included their version of this port in BC Bravil. I really didn't like the changes that they made, but I wanted to see how they finished it off. The good news is they did a couple of interior cells, so I can merge their interior cells (using TES4Gecko) into this mod and get the benefit of their interior work. I don't have to keep or use their BC Bravil, just cut and paste the dock buildings interior cell changes. I much prefer this authors original dock layout and textures, and its practically finished anyways. Just a little bit of landscape cleanup needed around a few of the buildings at the ends of the boardwalk.
I especially love the attention to detail in the announcement posters around the boardwalk giving the background on the new renovations. I have this authors Anvil Bay expansion also, and they did a really nice poster regarding the dedication and building of the new port in Anvil. Its the little details that make these mods great, and so enjoyable. I also prefer this authors original Anvil Bay Port to Better Cities version of it.
Awesome mod with a huge potential if finished...but...unfortunately not compatible with the also awesome Unique Landscapes - Bravil Barrowfields. Patch needed. Keep up the good work.
Comment already posted my comments btw SWEET, oh yeah another add on, change the textures of some random beer bottle and give it the name grog, aka a mixture of rum and water,... oh yeah add that too rum, lol, have it drain your intelligence a lot or something
