Allows the player to clean up the Deserted Ruin and the Abandoned House in Riverville so as to make them more habitable. Also enables Build Mode in both locations, and distributes essential furniture blueprints across the Sun Coast in order to make Build Mode viable in the early game.

Reworks the mechanics behind Enderal's health regeneration in order to make it less complicated to build upon. In the process, this mod fixes the broken health regeneration potions and enchantments and diversifies foods a little bit without changing their core function.

Makes changes to both of the official player homes in Enderal. The cheap one at the Marketplace only has some minor additions and furniture changes, but the expensive one in the Nobles Quarter has been rebuilt from the ground up to make it somewhat architecturally correct and add functionality and clutter. Turns the Deserted Ruin on Enderal's Sun Coast into an early player base by making it a No Respawn Zone and adding a Secure Chest. Requires Enderal.

It adds high level versions of all standard armor and weapons that are craftable at the forge and are equal in stats to Daedric or Dragon gear. lvl50+

A simple mod that changes item weights for basic crafting materials (ores, ingots, pelts) and a few crafting recipes to make up for Bethesda's flawed logic in its magical make-something-from-nothing crafting system. Also changes weights and crafting recipes for Hearthfire building materials accordingly.
