Removes unnecessary names from economy level, economy class and conflict levels. Does not alter gameplay just UI strings.

Normalizes Economy level to High, Medium, Low. Originally 24 names.
Normalizes Economy class to Trading, Advanced Materials, Scientific, Mining, Manufacturing, Technology, Power Generation. Originally 28 names.
Normalizes Conflict level to High, Medium, Low. Originally 30 names.
