This mod increases the nanite cost of all blueprint research available at the Space Anomaly, making the tech progression system more meaningful and challenging. It's designed for players who want a slower, more deliberate unlock path.

Depending on the version you download, nanite costs are multiplied by x2, x3, x5, x10, x20, or even x100 – choose the level of challenge that suits your playstyle.

What’s affected:

  • Multi-tool upgrades
  • Exosuit tech
  • Starship upgrades
  • Freighter and Frigate modules
  • Construction blueprints unlocked via nanites

What’s not affected:

  • Any modules or items that require Salvaged Data
  • Vendors located outside the Anomaly
  • Narrative mission rewards
  • Blueprint Analyzer and planetary base tech
The goal is to increase difficulty and make nanites more valuable

🧠 Great for abandoned mode, permadeath mode, or players who want to grind with purpose.

🛠️ Installation Instructions

Place the .zip contents of the file in your GAMEDATA\MODS folder (not PCBANKS). Example:
