As simple as the title states, this increases the creature spawning rates of cave and water dwelling creatures by ten (10) times, resulting in less time searching for rare creatures in their respective zones.
Cave and water creatures have a few more limitations to their spawning compared to flyers and land-dwellers. This makes them naturally more uncommon/rare. My mod simply increases their spawn rates without messing with rarities. For example, in a large open body of water with several water creatures, there will still be a lot fewer of the rare creatures. Possibly none upon first diving until you move/explore (causing more spawns).
