Hey there, is there any way you can do what the mod you got inspiration from did and add an option to completely make all underground creatures entirely extinct? I play to catalog all species on each system I go to, and cave creatures are the worst thing that has ever existed in any game I've ever played in my entire life. I'm fine with hunting for water ones, and the longest I've ever had to look for even the super rare ones was 20 or so mins. The cave creatures can literally take hours to find a common one. I don't really want to increase water spawn or even cave spawns, but simply entirely eliminate cave creatures from the game as I hate them. If that's not possible, can you release a version of this that's just for caves only? Thank you!
Apologies for the delay. There's been some pretty big (and good) changes to how modding NMS is done. I am still catching up and will update as soon as I get a handle on this.
Edit: Nope, no older mod will work after worlds part II cause the modding structure has been completely overhauled. It makes it easier to mod, but may take modders some time to rework their mods to fit the new build.
Hi, you can very easily do this yourself with almost all mods, personally I went with 3x.
Just edit the lua file and use AMUMSS to make a new mod. Just download AMUMSS here: https://github.com/HolterPhylo/AMUMSS/releases Here is a old guide but it cover the basics. https://youtu.be/Qk5EoGbeHNo
If you spend 30 minutes to 1 hour you learn to do this :)

i would love a lower version , maybe a 5 one, 10 feels like cheating lol.
in any case
