Dude, PLEASE never stop updating this. I've searched for DAYS for a mod that doesn't crash the game instantly but lets me do my favorite activity, which is find all the animals on a planet and this is the only good one. Please, pretty please good sir.
hello, since the update I have the impression that the spawns are not x10, I have been swimming for 1 hour looking for a rare creature and impossible to find it. Before the update it was child's play :(
Here are the mods I use (just in case) :
- Faded Notifications - Display Glare Reducer (Dud's Sky Colors) - Firefly FX (Dud's Sky Colors) - Clean Analysis Visor - Fast Actions 6.3 - Fuel and Tech Plant Collision Fix - No Bird's Eye Scans - True Black
Thanks for the list of mods you're using. It doesn't look like any of them modify the same file so they should be fine.
I will look further into it this evening after work. In the meantime, can you verify the creature isn't "Found in North/South" and check coordinates please?
When I tested this previously, right away I found rare cave creatures within less than 5 minutes. It took me only a few minutes longer to find a rare water creature but I was in small "lakes" that were a bit on the shallow side. The method/logic for both is the same.

Please verify you have the latest version of my mod (it was updated shortly after Orbital 4.65 was released.
Also, check the creature's record for region specifics (i.e. found in north/south) against your own coordinates.
