Quicksilver Multipliers :

Manual Installation :
Choose which multiplier you want.
Drag the PAK file into your MODS folder.
MODS folder should be located in No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/MODS
Mod Edits :
METADATA/REALITY/TABLES/REWARDTABLE.MBIN
