Changes to help with performance and so that players can navigate oversized planets on-foot.

Object sizing is completely changed, applies to nearly all biomes now. Creatures vary in size a lot more to encourage exploration. A few bug fixes to small groups of creatures. Includes LUAs now.

New draw distance and LOD modifiers in LASAGNA_ObjectSizeIncrease_v1.3 (thanks to InsaneRuffles), optimally balanced settings but still impacts performance, especially in forests. You can set shadows to the lowest setting for a 15-20% performance gain.

Improvements to ocean objects size, LOD/Draw distance no longer affects the most dense/full planets (to help with performance). Reduces rock and grass density to help with performance. Other changes under Posts tab. 1.41 reduces underwater gas bags size.

CreatureSizeIncrease overhauled: Chance of increased creature max scale of land, exotic, air, etc. species up to 30x, underwater creatures up to 8x. Sandworms up to 2x. Butterflock and fishflock creatures stay small. Thanks to scripting by InsaneRuffles!

New AmplifiedTerrain.pak, amplifies most biomes, plus deeper oceans! 1.1x max height, +0.8 amplified features, -10x ocean height. Increased placement max angle for most objects to fit new terrain mod, ie grass can grow upsidedown. LUAs = optional download

Reduced "AmplifyFeatures" value in Terrain mod: 1x to 0.9x, ocean depth: -17x to -16x. I think this caused crashing. Decreased max scale of Protodigger (big octopus legs). Moved SubtleFogIncrease & AmplifiedTerrain -> optional download (for compatibility)

Compatible with update 3.71! ObjectDensityIncrease: Decluttered and reduced density to help with performance. CreatureSizeIncrease: Increased max creature scale from 20x to 25x (just the larger creatures). Up to 2x for sand worm variations.
