This is a little mod to improve the snow effect.

In details : 
- replaces the default particle effect by a snow crystal
- more, slower and lasting longer particles

- CHECK IF THIS MOD IS COMPATIBLE WITH LATEST GAME VERSION
- CHECK IF THIS MOD NEEDS TO BE MERGED WITH ANOTHER OF MY MODS
- This mod includes an AMUMSS .lua fille in order to merge it with any other mod modifying the following files :
    - MODELS\EFFECTS\COMMON\MATERIALS\SNOW.MATERIAL.MBIN
    - MODELS\EFFECTS\HEAVYAIR\SNOW\SNOW1.HEAVYAIR.MBIN
