Hi! Thanks for this great mod. I downloaded the "Very Fast" version and, while it worked perfectly, I unfortunately noticed that I no longer received increased scanning rewards. For example, if I had a technology* installed in my multi-tool that increased units received from a flora scan by 10,000%. All scan rewards became default values. Removing the mod fixed that issue.
Update: This was my first No Man's Sky mod as well (so no other mods), and I am using the latest Steam version.
This might be a silly question (so forgive if necessary), but you didn't accidentally change multi-tools, did you? I've done that before, and wondered why my super-duper tech-loaded MT wasn't giving me the sweet sweet scanning moneys. If not, I'm sure it won't be an issue for long. I don't run many mods, but almost all of them are GumskBF's.
Only started playing the game a few days ago, but this mod fixes some issues I was already having, and it seems to work great for me on the latest update released today.
If I only want faster scanning on the analysis visor and no other changes, I assume I alter the GLOBALS file to look like this?

I'd love to use your mod, unfortunately NMS crashes on the "Havok/Wwise" splash screen and freezes. This happens with all versions of your mod. I've installed it as per instructions, other mods work. The crash happens even if this mod is the only one in the list. Do you have an idead why that happens?
We've been seeing quite a bit of crashing with mods on some machines with this new system. There is nothing that *should* be causing a crash in this, as far as I know, but crashes are happening. What are your system specs?
Question : will removed functionalities like tech grouping and ship interacting range be made into a different mod since this mod only has faster scanning now?
Tech grouping exists already as a different ggame mod page. Lo2k has a ship interaction range mod, so I didn't recreate that part. They are all patch mods so they should work together.
How do I insert images here? CTR+V does nothing, the "insert image" snippet is just url. Am I supposed also look for an image sharing service myself here???

Here is a plain list of files inside PCBANKS. The MODS folder contains only `gGame Gameplay Full 5.2.9.0a.pak` (highligting is not working too):
The certain promised features of mod are working, e.g. refiners are pretty quick, scanner distance is bigger and it recharges significantly faster, etc.
What is not working and what I can see immediately by installing mod, is the scan time. It takes several seconds (4s?) and NOT 0.2s as per description. Does it works faster for you? Is the issue only occurs at my place?

Not compatible with the 5.05 update for me. All five versions CTD during the save load. Figures, I just downloaded this yesterday and had a great time with it for a few hours!
They broke it again LOL :) - doesn't even make it to mod warning screen, just crashes out quoting mod incompatibility.
Also while I'm here ;) Any chance of making the hotspot scan start from further as discussed on discord? Land, look around, decide if the spots are what you need, move along or plant a base :)
Thanks for the update, it's running well! I think hotspot scanning kicked in at like 25u now. I'll keep an eye or ping me on Discord if you do increase it or add a way to customize :)

I guess my lazy has unexpected consequences. The scan starts instantly, no matter which way you are facing, and drops the icon where you stand LOL. I guess the lowest we'd want would be the edge of the hotspot, but at that point might as well just stick with the 20-25 u you had.
