Increases default and upgraded ship transfer ranges

This simple mod increases default ship transfer range from 50 to 200m.
A more pleasing distance before I could "understand" I am too far from my ship.
Nothing fancy here. Just a little quality of life thing.
Since 1.1, I added a complementary file named Better Ship Teleport Module Range.
This second mod increases Teleport upgrade module transfer range from 100 to 400m.
This way you end up with a 600m transfer which is a very comfortable distance.
Compatibility :
- CHECK IF THIS MOD IS COMPATIBLE WITH LATEST GAME VERSION
- CHECK IF THIS MOD NEEDS TO BE MERGED WITH ANOTHER OF MY MODS
- An AMUMSS .lua script is provided as this mod can't be used along any other mod editing the following files :
- Better Ship Transfer Range mod can't be used along any other mod modifying GCGAMEPLAYGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN file
- Better Ship Teleport Module Range mod can't be used along any other mod modifying METADATA\ REALITY\ TABLES\ NMS_REALITY_GCTECHNOLOGYTABLE.MBIN file
New in 5.2 : updated Teleport Module mod for Orbital 4.64 (Transfer Range 5.1 is still fine).
