Makes changes to procedural generated upgrade modules

Changes the procedural generated upgrade modules.

In general, all S class modules should feel more powerful, in the case of some (mainly the weapon ones), should be a noticeable increase
Overlap between classes has also been removed, so a higher ranked module WILL have better stats than a lower ranked one
Some of the lower ranked modules have been slightly reduced in power to maintain the separation so the high class ones didn't end up ridiculously overpowered

Exocraft modules not currently done, so you won't see an increase in them yet (will get that done eventually)

Any feedback welcome to help fine tune the balance. Am aiming to balance this around the default limit of 3 modules of a given type, as even vanilla modules will end up overpowered anyway when not using that restriction.

PSA: This WILL change the modules you already have installed... So you should see the effects straight away
