NMS Oculus Touch-Up by Voidflakes

This basic tweak swaps the buttons around for Sprinting and Scanning, as well as adding a few more actions that are unavailable by default. Now you can click the left thumbstick to run, and click the right thumbstick to scan the area. This is much more logical!

Firstly, back up your original 'TOUCH.JSON' located in the INPUT folder in the No Man's Sky directory. Copy-paste it to your desktop or something :)

After backing up your original file, replace it with the new 'TOUCH.JSON' from this rar file.

Default directory is located at:
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\INPUT


I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU FORGETTING TO BACK-UP YOUR ORIGINAL FILE!!! Or for any unexpected issues as a result of using this tweak, which there shouldn't be, so don't worry! :p

NEW KEYBINDINGS

ON FOOT

Left Hand:

X = Switch weapon mode (multitool must be equipped)
Left Stick click = Sprint
Left Stick click = Grab technology/glitch (when prompted onscreen)
- Moved from RS click because it was also setting off the Scanner. Input regarding this change would be appreciated :)


Right Hand:

A = Reload (multitool must be equipped - weapons only!)
B = Jetpack
Right Stick click = Scanner

SPACESHIP

Once open, the Quickmenu can now be navigated using Left and Right grip! You still need to point at things and press Right Trigger to select/move up.
-I would have done this for on-foot as well, but the grips on quickmenu are already taken up by the size modifier for the Terrain Manipulator. Input regarding this change would be appreciated :)

Right Hand:

Right Stick click = Scan planets and system
