Can you tell me the specific usage method of this MOD? I really don't know how to make it effective. The two configuration files provided in your MOD can take effect normally after loading, but I want to configure enemies myself and don't know how to do it. Can you tell me how to do it specifically?
The enemy configurator changed in the last update, and I can't figure it out either. I've tried multiple times to make it like the example config file, but it either gives me every enemy is random, infinite loading, or enemies just don't spawn in.
I think I've only gotten it to use the config file one time. Maybe it'll be best to just use the previous version.
hi! yea I want to make a video or something, but I didn't have time yet.
The new idea is basically this, the main things you need to worry about are: - main - source - destination
within source and destination, you select which groups you want to have enabled, whereas: - source means "from these enemies within the group..." - and destination means "...replace to those enemies"
then, having configured your source/destination pairs, within MAIN you select which of those pairs you want to have enabled.
random example:
if you want to replace all human enemies + all bosses -> create an enemy group containing those enemies (group SOURCE) and replace them to itsumade + ryu hayabusa -> create an enemy group containing those enemies (group DESTINATION)
enable the SOURCE enemy group in the source tab, and enable the DESTINATION enemy group in the destination tab
now, finally, within the main tab, enable the mix you just configured (source+destination) IMPORTANT: within "sharing etc" you have to check the ENABLE CUSTOM RANDOMIZER checkbox! (to make the randomizer use those custom settings you just created)
Awesome update! Thanks for updating this mod, makes Nioh 2 so much more fun.
Do you know how to possibly fix the UI in Cheat Engine when using this? A lot of the UI is jammed together to the point where you can't read some of the stuff.
Is it possible to make custom enemy placements that are fixed forever? Like, I want to make custom enemy placements for the game, but I don't want them randomized. I want very specific extra enemy placements that I can enjoy every time I revisit levels. Or is it just randomized every single time?
Thank you so, so much. I look forward to the fixed customization update. There are so many places in the game where I feel like there just simply aren't enough enemies.
After adjusting the proportion of human enemies to 100% random enemies in version 0.12,At the end of the level, the bosses will disappear and victory will be achieved directly
Hi, I'm having an issue where whenever I click randomize, the text turns green but says "Randomizer disabled". Do you know what I should do for it to get enabled?
Edit: Sorry missed the part where I got to enable the scripts, working now! Thanks for making this mod, it is so good.
In fact, I cannot run version 0.0.13, but version 0.0.12 is available. After successfully running the 0.0.12 version for randomization once, I can also successfully run the 0.0.13 randomization in a short period of time, which I cannot understand。As for CT, I have tried 7.5 and 7.4, but they have not been effective.
oh, that's weird, what the hell XD maybe my issue that I'm facing quite commonly (listed as last point in known issues) "Every 2nd time I open the table the game hangs when I try to randomize enemies" is related to that, but yea that's odd :D
is there a way to keep normal enemies (non randomized) but add a chance for a regular enemy to be placed as a boss instead? This would be amazing if possible. like a 5% chance for enemy to become random or specific boss otherwise enemy stays as normal level enemy (non randomized enemy) type thing :)
Hi, that's a thing I didn't yet think about. That said, it doesn't kill my plans or anything, because I am going to 100% rework the config yet again. However, this time it should be the "last one" for quite a while, hopefully. (I have just created a mock up UI that I liked) imo it will be easier to understand (up until now I just didn't have the right layout nor method for how to storing it)

What version of CheatEngine have you installed? Maybe try updating that if it's not the newest.
