Gives A2 2B's skirt outfit so that her long hair is compatible. Make sure to remove A2's long hair inventory item as this mod works differently (or else she will be bald).

I have a commander version (hair) almost complete and want to release an N2 version
I've made a version that works with 2b as well but it's buggy so once other tools release it'll be possible, but not now.
