Adds a modern-style binocular hotkey system to Fallout: New Vegas.
Includes immersive animation transitions, Gamepad support, improved sounds, and ESPLess implementation.

Modern toggle system for binoculars (like in AAA shooters).
Press once to smoothly holster your weapon and raise binoculars.
Press again to seamlessly return to your weapon.
Uses my beloved smooth Immersive Swap feature.

Binoculars are stored in the backpack and can be used directly from it.
When switching back to your weapon, binoculars are returned automatically.
I really like it.
Functional Backpack update will come with QoL features and support for the latest NVWO version.
You'll even be able to modify *any* weapon directly from it — seriously, *any* (OMG).

New equip/unequip sounds – no more weird rolling pin noise (brrr).

Adjusted binocular view – improved field of vision for 16:9 displays
I found a mod called "Wider Binoculars POV", but it didn’t work right: the overlay was broken, showing a square center with missing sides.
So I rebuilt the overlay from scratch using the original grid and one from WB POV, and tweaked it for widescreen. Removed the weird filter for better visibility include.
Simple fix, but it makes a big difference — so I'm sharing it here too.
📌 Requires:
Add fScopeScissorAmount=0 to your FalloutCustom.ini.
You may also need to adjust its scissor settings in FOV Slider.
Try to set Scope Scissor Amount to 0.050 if you get white corners in binoculars.

You can fine-tune the mod’s behavior via the included ".ini" file.

M.U.X - Target marks [OPTIONAL]
Functional Backpack - Immersive [OPTIONAL]
Not all of these are strictly required, but listing them is easier than remembering which function comes from where.

MANUAL / VIA MOD MANAGER.

Someone: Can you make X for me?
Me: Every whim for your money.
Someone: I don't see target icons above enemies. "Author *! Mod *!".
Me: YOU NEED TO USE M.U.X Interface by Anro for it.

Anything, I think, instead mods what do the same.

I hope not.
But. It is scriptrunner, so maybe something will go boom he-he. Or I messed something up.
