About this mod
This mod provides Scribe Yearling from Arlington library as a fully functional companion with a working companion dialogue wheel
Includes an optional JIP CCC Icon

Scribe Yearling is a character the Lone Wanderer / Courier will meet in the capital wasteland. She is in the process of obtaining books from the Arlington Library. Upon meeting her she offers to pay you caps for every pre war book you bring her.
This is one of my last two bonus mods which I'll release right before deleting my account.
Should you wish to create an alternate race version of the NPC, open the file in GECK and mark it as an active file > Also select the race mod you want to use but not as active file > Click okay > Go to Scribe Yearling NPC and change the race to the alternate race you want. > Go further down the tab and find the hair section and eyes section and change it as desired. You will also find the face geometry section and create your race like this.
This file will not release with an alternate file nor will I be making one.
MOD FEATURES:

The follower is feature complete and no further updates are planned.
- She will follow the player just like a normal companion anywhere you go.
- She can wait, be dismissed (Including to the Lucky 38), traded with and have her tactics be changed. Her companion wheel is also working.
- She has a companion perk which provides + 1 Intelligence
