This mod lets you play New Vegas as a Dalek.
You will be able to EXTERMINATE almost any npc you come across, there are other abilities like going invisible when crouching.
When your health is low find certain radiation zones let the Dalek sit and the casing will open to reveal the mutant inside and your health will refill from radiation.
Also when using the torch/lamp button your dome lights will illuminate the area around you, in first person doing the same thing will activate a Dalek overlay.
Finally near Camp Searchlight there is a Dalek Saucer which can be boarded using the pip-boy. To leave again you must activate the transmat control in the transmat room.
