Flashbang Tutorial Remover
The Flash Bang grenades added in Lonesome Road carry a script whose only purpose is to trigger a message informing you of their capabilities.
Giving such a generic object a script carries the risk of performance problems when several copies of them are present, similar to the issue plaguing scripted ammo. Admittedly Flash Bangs are heavier and more difficult to amass in such quantities, but for veteran players, the script serves no real purpose (if you didn't know about flash bangs, sorry for the spoilers I guess).
This mod removes the script from them, but sets up a one time handler for them to still set up the variable change that their acquisition triggers, just in case. It can still provide benefit even if you had already triggered the tutorial message, again because it removes their useless script from them.
