Caesar as a follower, take the mighty Caesar with you on your post game wasteland adventures
Caesar will be found in the lucky 38 sitting in his throne.
Caesar gives you a companion perk. He's not designed to be a damage sponge so you'll have to support him when in combat scenarios. Balance was the idea.
Dialogue was made with suitable vanilla dialogue of Caesar.
He will leave the player should you attack or gain legion infamy.
Update: Fix for goodbye dialogue showing up on other NPCs
