   for me he just repeats "one of our agents assassinated ncr president" (i killed him in this playthrough) without letting me hire him
   
   EDIT: i was able to recruit him but he just runs from me endlessly

      It’s not supposed to work if you already killed him , that’s one way to break FPGE. It works if Caesar is alive with legion ending

   This mod causes some NPCs to say Vale in Caesar's voice when exititng dialogue. Otherwise, this is cool mod.
