It might, the destroyed state of the radio is entirely dependent on if the toggle for the ruined versions of interiors to appear are enabled or not. So if tenpenny truce makes it never happen, the radio should never break.
I tried the mod, and the music is so quiet. It is almost inaudible, even if I turn up my music settings slider all the way. Are you saying this mod contains all of Concit's TTW Tenpenny Tower Radio songs? Because looking at both file structures, yours contains less music...
the main difference between the two original mods is that one of them only included the tracks that were found as cut content, while the other mod added extra songs chosen by the mod author.
