Updating the Project FNVIcons mod.

1. Added icons for different types of 12 gauge cartridges for the main game.
2. The FNVIcons Challenge icons have been redesigned to match the Consistent PipBoy Icons v5 fashion style.
3. Added several weapon icons for the NS MP 40, Another Millenia, Another Millenia Gun Add-on mods and for the main game.
