Fallout 3 billboards upscaled for TTW. They got some manual adjustment and tweakage after upscaling, normal maps were upscaled too. ESRGAN models couldn't satisfy me, but LDSR did a really surprisingly good job.

Billboards Upscaled Pretty Good
They got some manual adjustment and tweakage after upscaling, normal maps were upscaled too. ESRGAN models couldn't satisfy me, but LDSR did really surprisingly good. Even if it took like 30 minutes per billboard sometimes. I'm willing to come back to this and touch up some stuff if some things really stick out, but I played with this for a while and never noticed anything that'd really bug me.
RECOMMENDED
F4NV Billboards - Best replacer for NV ones imo, overwrite the two that overlap with them.
