This Mod Replaces/Retexture's a couple of the billboards in FNV/TTW with new, high-quality custom-made textures, made specifically for F4NV/F4CW.
(sidenote, for now, I'm using a blank normal map as a replacer as I believe it looks a lot better than actually having one, on the billboards, I may update later, however)
install with a mod manager, preferably mo2, alternatively Drag and drop the file in your data folder (not recommended at all)
to be able to generate LOD for the billboards, you will need to install LOD additions and improvements and then overwrite with the texture's from this mod, before generating, since it has the meshes required to generate the billboards
