Data about new creatures should be stored in the plugin in any case. Therefore, I don’t think that this is even theoretically possible. The NV version could be scripted to reduce the probability of conflicts, but I don’t think that makes any sense. We can’t have it without a plugin.

ESPLess version is compatible with everything. But the chance of meeting children will simply be a little lower. Personally I use Add-On for TTW where Feral Ghoul Armor and Outfit Pack assets are implemented more properly.

Nice work! I had something similar cooked up for myself, but am switching to this since it's better + the additional patch for Another Ghoul Variant Mod.
